- Due to market fluctuations, certain bullion and precious metal products may be non-returnable unless defective or incorrect.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized, special-order, or final-sale items.
- Opened or tampered packaging that affects authenticity or value.
3. Process for Returns

- Securely package the item and ship it back to us using a trackable shipping method.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).
4. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status.
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
